I was joined for the day by the Bowen family today who having seen a documentary on the North Face of the Eiger decided that they wanted to give rock climbing a try - it would have put most people off! We spent the day at Lion Rock in some beautiful sunshine, far warmer now its September than anything we had in August! The whole family took to climbing and enjoyed their day out, the Eiger perhaps waiting until next year though.
