I have been joined by Rob, Ali, Nathan, Nick, Shaun and Kieran for a five day winter skills course here in Scotland. There has been a bot of snow melt over the last week but is only the aesthetics that have deteriorated as there is still plenty of snow for us to play on, and play we did. We had a great day learning the key skills of movement on snow, introducing avalanche awareness and ice axe arrest and generally enjoying being in the mountains in winter.
