I am on a Mountain Rescue Casualty Care Course this weekend which is an advanced First Aid course. We started at lunch time today so many thanks to Huw for taking Paul and Paulina along Crib Goch for the final day of their scrambling course. I then have a quick pack and dash off to the Picos in Spain for a week so fingers crossed for the weather!
