North Ridge of Tryfan

Pat, Sian, Kate and I headed up the North Ridge of Tryfan today for the second day of our intro to scrambling course. It was raining extremely heavily all morning but the weather couldn't dampen the ladies South Waleian (sp!) enthusiasm and we giggled our way up the North Ridge putting into practice the new skills we had learnt yesterday. We were rewarded as the clouds broke and the sun made an appearance as we arrived at the summit. It then stayed dry for our descent down the South Ridge and we enjoyed some lovely views - unfortunately I forgot my camera so apologies for the lack of photos!
