Yesterday Steve, Chris and I decided that the rain meant climbing conditions were sub-optimal and that a big boot day was in order. We walked into Cwm Bochclwyd and the boys lead Dolmen Ridge (a grade 3 scramble) with me alongside, putting into practice all of the new skills learnt this week. It was a really atmospheric day with light drizzle and swirling clouds. I then spent the evening on an induction course with MTUK for the new Lowland Leader Award which we are now approved providers of.
